In 2013 the need for supplier and enterprise development was identified in the procurement and supply of services to the mining industry within the North West province.

Rentokil Initial (Pty) Ltd and Phokeng based Dikapi Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd formed a joint venture on the 1st of June 2015.  Rentokil Initial Dikapi Joint venture is a proudly South African company with a BBBEE rating of  Level 2,  and black ownership of 55.75%.

The Rentokil Initial Dikapi partnership believes that empowerment is critical to the success of their business and a prerequisite for sustainable growth.  The joint venture is a registered SMME on the Royal Bafokeng Enterprise development database and is supported by RBED through their development programmes and methods.
